Jacketed ball valve is suitable to keep media at a certain temperature during process. This applies especially to media like bitumen and liquid sulfur.
Normally steam, thermal oil, and hot water are used to keep the process media warm. Sometimes cooling water are used to keep process media in low temperature.
The heat jacket is made of SS304 material and its welded after valve has been completed assembly work.
