Recently, there have been some improper situations in the market related to the KLINGER brand. To protect the rights of our customers and our company, we issue this announcement to clarify key points.
- KLINGER Fluid Sealing Enterprise Shanghai, Ltd. is the sole wholly-owned company of KLINGER group in China and is responsible for business in China.
- For actions like faking authorization, impersonating KLINGER employees, and selling counterfeits, KLINGER will pursue legal liability.
- For products from non-formal KLINGER channels, we won't be responsible for any consequences. But our laboratory in China can provide authenticity identification services. If in doubt about a product, contact us for verification.
Product Sales Forms in China：
Only the types of C4400, C4430 and C4500 are sold as plates in China, while others like C4243 are as gaskets.
For KLINGER Topchem PTFE, it has no longer been sold in the form of plates (only in the form of gaskets) in the Chinese Market since 2023.
For metal gaskets, They are produced by the factory of KLINGER Group and controlled by project information. We have no inventory distributors or commissioned processors (providing drawings).
In China including Hong Kong and Macao, for qualified plate cutting businesses, we only have the following authorizations:
